The Mother in game
- The Mother is a character that only appears in Your Parent's Home.
Mom will usually roam around the house doing chores and such, although she will enter the player's room about once every in-game week and will either praise them or scold them depending on how much the player studied for the test that week.
After the monthly test if the player got an A or a B mom will give them a cash reward with the reward depending on how high the grade is. If the player got a C or lower mom will "ground" them and temporarily take away their monitor which will likely result in the players subscriber count suffering.
Getting grounded[]
If the player fails a test (C or below) the player will be grounded and Mom will take away their monitor.

1st "no studying this week" message
If the player fails again she will also ground the player but this time threaten to kick the player out of the home.
2nd "no studying this week" message

The Game Over that follows
If the player fails once more, she will once again ground the player, but this time permanently, resulting in a Game Over.
